Indication
Acute diarrhea of unknown cause and chronic diarrhea
Composition
Each caplet contains:
Loperamide HCI 2 mg
Loperamide HCI 2 mg
Dose
Acute non-specific diarrhea:
Initial dose is 2 caplets, followed by 1 caplet every time you have diarrhea.
Maximum dose: 8 caplets/day.
Chronic diarrhea:
Initial dose is 2 caplets, followed by 1 caplet after every diarrhea until the diarrhea is controlled.
Maximum dose: 8 caplets/day.
Note: Administration must be stopped if there is no improvement after 48 hours.
